At this time, An Elegant Affair is fully staffed. We do, however, offer an apprenticeship program for those who are interested in exploring wedding planning as a possible career. This program will give you the opportunity to follow us during the final stages of preparation, including the final planning meeting with the bride, for a wedding, accompany us to the rehearsal and “day of” the wedding. This “hands on” experience will be invaluable to you and can serve as a launching pad for your career as a wedding planner.

If you are interested in participating, please fill out the contact form, we will let you know the first available time slot. The fee for this two and a half day program is $1,250.

Once you have completed this apprenticeship, we highly recommend you contact The Association of Bridal Consultants. This worldwide organization will give you the next professional stepping stone in your career. As a member, I have found it to be invaluable.
